How to Set up an RMA

Express Systems & Peripherals accepts product returns within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, product must be returned to the manufacturer. Due to variations in manufacturers' return policies, certain products may not be returnable if they are opened.

To return a product, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from our RMA Department.

Return Authorization Numbers can be obtained by one of the following:

  • Online: Fill out the RMA Form and submit


  • We will need the following information to issue the RMA number:

  • Your Name/Company Name
  • Account Number
  • Invoice or Order Number
  • Item Number and Quantity
  • Serial Number
  • Reason for Return


  • Shipping Guidelines

    After you receive the RMA number, ship the product to us at:

  • Products must include all components, accessories, cables, software, and manuals in the original shipment
  • Package returns to prevent damage during shipping (use original packaging when possible)
  • All returns must have an RMA number referenced on the shipping label as shown above
  • Returns must be received by Express Systems & Peripherals within 30 days from the date the RMA number is issued
  • Product replacements will be shipped to you via UPS Ground at no charge. If you would like a different shipping method used, your account will be billed for the shipping cost.
