To become an Express Systems & Peripherals partner, please complete and send the following forms:

• Credit Application
• Resale/Tax Exemption Certificate for state(s) where your company is located

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to download the credit application.

We will contact you within three business days regarding the status of your account. Once your account is set up, you will be provided with a User ID and Password to access the Express Systems & Peripherals partner site.
